Our goal is to produce the best ammunition possible. If, for any reason, our ammunition or service do not meet our high standards or yours, we want you to tell us. Only then may we accomplish our goal of being the best. Extensive testing is conducted on all of our cartridges in developing the best load possible. SBR ammunition is factory loaded on fully automatic loading machines that are preset to S.A.A.M.I. specifications for priming depth, pressure, case size, and overall cartridge length.

All loading machines are equipped with state of the art electronic safety switches to insure powder charge accuracy to within a half grain of powder. If the powder charge is not within specifications, the switch will automatically shut off the loading machine and will indicate a powder charge problem has occurred.  Additional sensors check other steps in the loading process and will shut off the loading machine if a problem is indicated, such as primer mis-feed, or bullet seating is not with in S.A.A.M.I. specifications. We check all safety switches and sensors before running a lot and periodically throughout all production runs. We test fire all lots prior to starting a production run of ammunition, and then every lot is again randomly tested.  Any change in powder or primer lot numbers, we change our lot number, and permanently record all lot numbers, component lot numbers, and testing information. Additionally, all of our ammunition is visually inspected before going to the boxing process.

With our larger caliber loading (.458 SOCOM, .308 Win., 50 BMG, .338 Lupua), each cartridge is passed through a chamber gauge die to ensure the final loaded cartridge meets size specifications.
