Retail Sales: There are NO extra charges for Credit Card users of U.S. issued cards.

Payments by check, money order, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover). Personal and Company checks may be held for clearance, normally about 10 business days. You can order using our on-line ordering system that is safe and easy to use. Just push the Add to Cart button located on the right side of each item listed. When you have chosen all of the items you wish to purchase go to the Check Out button and provide the requested information. Your order will then be processed using VeriSign.

SHIPPING: We ship by UPS GROUND Service. Larger orders will be shipped by Commercial Freight. Orders shipped by Commercial Freight cannot be delivered to a residential address. Insurance is added to all orders.

RETURNS: We will not accept C.O.D. returns. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Ammunition Sales: Ammunition is restricted and regulated by Federal, State, and/or Local laws. We do not authorize the right to purchase ammunition that may be restricted in your area. Please check your local laws before ordering.

It is the Buyers responsibility to comply with all Local and State Laws regarding the purchasing, possession, and use of ammunition and firearms. We have identified some restrictions listed below, but due to the ever changing Local Laws, we are not able to keep up with all local restrictions. Contact your local county and city officials if you have questions.

Under Federal law: You must be an adult of at least 21 years of age to purchase ammunition. Under Federal law 18 U.S.C. 922(D)(1)-(9), persons with legal disability are also restricted from purchasing ammunition.

When you purchase ammunition or any other item from us (SBR, LLC), you accept full responsibility to comply with all regulations that apply. You also warrant that you have read this information, are an adult and have no legal disability that would preclude you from purchasing ammunition. We reserve the right to refuse an order if we feel that it will violate Federal, State, and/or Local laws.

LaserMatch ammunition cannot be shipped to some areas. LaserMatch is a “tracer” type cartridge. Tracers are illegal to possess by civilians in California, Baltimore, MD and other areas.  Check your County, City, and State laws before ordering.

California: No LaserMatch to the state. No other ammunition sales to Los Angles, and San Francisco, except to a Law Enforcement agency. (See LE Sales)

Illinois: All Illinois residents must FAX a copy of their FOID card, please enlarge it so it can be legible.

No ammunition sales to Chicago, IL and Cook County in IL, except to a Law Enforcement agency (See LE Sales)

Massachusetts: No retail sales of ammunition allowed. Sales only to Licensed Dealers with FFL and to Law Enforcement agencies

New Jersey: No sale of ammunition allowed, except to a Law Enforcement agency.  (See LE Sales)

Special Note:

Even "reduced" fire hazard ammunition can still start fires under the right condition.

• Do not use LaserMatch or any tracer type ammunition on ranges that use rubber tires, rubber tire pieces, or rubberized back stops.
• Do not use LaserMatch or any tracer type ammunition on windy or dry days.
• Be sure all flammable and dry material is cleared from down range before using LaserMatch or any tracer type ammunition.
• Even after "tracer burn-out", the bullet can still travel over 2 miles. Know your back stop and what is beyond.
• Check with your local and state laws before ordering and using LaserMatch or tracer type ammunition.

Some Military Rifle ammunition (i.e. 5.56mm SS109) contains a "steel core", these type cartridge also can start fires. Use the same down range precautions as if you were using tracer type ammunition.

NOTE: Some of the products which SBR offer may be restricted by Federal, State, and/or Local Law. SBR is an authorized dealer of all the products it offers for sale, but does not and cannot grant the right or authority to persons to purchase items which may be regulated pursuant to such laws.
