An addition to the 458 SOCOM family, the 375 SOCOM is a necked down 458 SOCOM case to 0.375 caliber. A flatter shooting trajectory cartridge at longer ranges. The 375 SOCOM still uses a standard M4/AR15 lower and standard 5.56mm magazines. All one needs is a 375 SOCOM upper assembly.
The 250 gr FMJ is an excellent general-purpose round.
