SBR is veteran owned and a manufacturer of small arms ammunition specializing in precision training, match, hunting & tactical cartridges. All our ammunition is factory new, loaded at our facility in Brunswick, Georgia, USA. We do not produce any remanufactured products (reloads). Our duty and tactical line of ammunition is designed and loaded with the law enforcement officer and warfighter in mind. The LE/MIL series includes monolithic SNIPER and ARMOR PIERCING cartridges. Every lot is developed and tested in our on-site ballistic lab to produce maximum ballistic performance in every cartridge. Extensive military and competition shooting experience also goes into every round.

We were the first to factory load ammo for the 458 SOCOM. In addition to continuing to produce the 458 SOCOM, we are the leading manufacturer of the 375 SOCOM, 338 Spectre, and 240 Spectre ammunition.

Our SBR MATCH line includes 9mm, 45 ACP, 223 REM (5.56mm), 7.62x51mm (308 WIN), 338 Lapua Magnum, 338 Norma Magnum, 375 Cheytac, & 408 Cheytac.

Our GreenMatch™ line is 100% lead-free frangible ammunition.

We have an on-site ballistic lab for testing pressures and velocities using Oehler equipment (ballistic computer 85 and model 57 systems for internal ballistics). Being a SAAMI (Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturers' Institute) member, we primarily use SAAMI methods and procedures in conducting ballistic testing. However, we can test using C.I.P. (Permanent International Commission for the Proof of Small Arms) , NATO EPVAT, or US DoD SCATP methods depending on the caliber and testing requirements.

Our goal is to produce the best ammunition as possible. Extensive testing is conducted on all of our cartridges in developing the best load possible. SBR ammunition is factory loaded in the USA on fully automatic loading machines with electronic sensors that monitor key elements in the loading process such as powder weight, primer and bullet seating, and cartridge overall length (COAL). All of our ammunition is factory new loaded industrial standards. We do not offer remanufactured or "reloaded" ammunition.

We offer custom load development to meet specific training or mission requirements for those customers who need specialized service.

We began providing special purpose and duty ammunition, as well, weapons and support systems to LEA/GOVT and GOVT export customers. In recent years we have expanded into the U.S. retail market to provide the same high quality ammunition and customized support for new and unique weapons.

Our facility is in southeast Georgia in the coastal city of Brunswick, just 1/4 mile from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC). FLETC serves as an interagency law enforcement training organization for over 80 Federal agencies. The FLETC also provides services to state, local, tribal, and international law enforcement agencies. The FLETC is headquartered here in Brunswick Georgia.

All ammunition and weapons we manufacturer are thoroughly tested for pressure, velocity, functioning, and accuracy.
